I am a graduate of The Wellspring School for Healing Arts. At this school in Portland, we learned a wonderful lineage art called Amma. Amma is a bodywork based in Chinese Medicine and Wholistic Healthcare. I was trained in massage, nutrition, Qigong, and herbs all in the context of the principles of Chinese Medicine. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you and to help you work towards your health goals.
